  • Name, surname, and email on contact forms: For direct communication with Capybaras Agency (questions, comments, suggestions, service or product requests, or other information). Failure to provide minimum required data will prevent us from responding to your request.
  • Name and email: To enable blog comments.
  • Name, surname, address, phone number, email, tax ID: Requested at the time of service payment for client management and billing.
  • Name, phone number, and email for newsletter: With express voluntary consent, this data is collected to send automated commercial newsletters with information about Capybaras Agency’s services or products.
  • Email: Used to access the client area based on the information provided during account creation.

Capybaras Agency will always ensure that website use, content usage, and processing of users’ personal data are conducted properly. Users can exercise their rights to access, rectify, limit, delete, port, forget, or object to data processing at any time by writing to info@capybaras.agency.

Capybaras Agency does not sell and will never sell users’ personal data to other companies or third parties.

The website has four types of forms:

  1. Contact form: Allows users to communicate with Capybaras Agency for questions, comments, quotes, bookings, service requests, or rights requests. Providing minimum required data is necessary for a response. The website and email servers act as data processors.
  2. Advertising form: Users may expressly consent to provide minimum necessary data so Capybaras Agency can send advertising and commercial information (managed by our email marketing provider). This processing is based on consent.
  3. Blog comment form: To avoid spam and inappropriate messages and for proper tracking, we request the user’s name, email, and website for identification in blog comments. NEWSLETTER POLICY

These policies are considered complementary to the website’s terms and conditions; both apply in case of dispute. The privacy and intellectual property policy for newsletters matches that in the terms/conditions.

The “newsletter” refers to Capybaras Agency’s digital bulletin sent periodically via an external email provider to which users subscribe voluntarily.

Capybaras Agency has no obligation to send newsletters at set intervals; it may do so at its discretion. Users can exercise access/rectification/cancellation/opposition rights following instructions in each newsletter’s footer.

LEGITIMATE INTEREST

When launching new products/services or special promotions (for a limited time), we may collect name/email via forms based on Capybaras Agency’s legitimate interest in increasing sales and fulfilling information obligations as promised on the website.
